Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona
I waited for days at the Grand Canyon for a storm to come through. So far I had clear skies and bland sunsets. I was chasing a certain mood, that special shot. Finally my patience was rewarded as I watched angry skies swirl around the canyon and an incredible sunset formed, like a lightshow. I focused tightly on a section of the canyon which glowed like hot embers. I took this frame as the light peaked .It was all worth the wait. Photography is a great test of my patience, taking me to the most beautiful places on earth. It’s what keeps me going.
