Due to the custom-made nature of Peter Lik’s limited edition fine art photographs, each piece is handcrafted to your specifications and is generally non-refundable. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day exchange window for store credit if your artwork does not perfectly suit your space.

Return Process

  Contact Art Consultant

  Notify your dedicated Art Consultant or reach out to our gallery support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.

• 2.
  Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed packing instructions to ensure the artwork is protected.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Carefully repack the artwork in its original custom crate or packaging and ship it back to our Las Vegas studio; we recommend using a trackable, insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Upon receipt and successful inspection for any damage, a gallery credit will be issued to your account, allowing you to select a different masterpiece for your collection.
