This is the scene everyone imagines when they think of Hawaii - an endless white beach, crystal clear turquoise water and the obligatory palm trees swaying lazily in the breeze. I waded out into the shallows so I could capture the wonderful gradation of color in the ocean as it met the pristine white sand of the beach. The clouds sat low on the skyline adding an interesting element to the distant white caps dividing the horizon, and as the waves lapped lazily at my feet I captured this peaceful tropical image.
